Ticket delivery and collection
Tickets booked up to seven days in advance can be posted out for a charge of £1.50 or can be collected free of charge from the Cambridge Live Tickets Box Office up to the day before the event. Tickets may also be collected at the festival site on the day.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds for unused tickets will only be made where an event is sold out or cancelled. If your event is sold out or cancelled and you do not want a refund, you can exchange your ticket for another event at the festival (subject to availability).
Please request a wheelchair space when booking events in festival marquees. Wheelchair access is not available in the Grand Dining Room. Front row seats will be reserved at all venues for those with hearing impairments.
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied at all times by an adult with their own ticket.
Ticket prices vary for each event. We offer concession prices to the following:
Young People – age 25 and under
Children – age 16 and under
Disabled people (carer goes free – please contact the Box Office for details)
Proof of entitlement will be required
Concession prices are shown in the printed programme next to full-price adult ticket prices.
If you are late to an event, then you will only be admitted at the discretion of the steward(s). Seats will be reserved for latecomers. Please be considerate of others and allow enough time to pick up your tickets and arrive at your venue promptly. Refunds will not be given to latecomers.
